He has built this firm from a white slate to an annual revenue of 40 Cr, in the past 17 years. He is an aspirational entrepreneur with inspirational stories for younger generations to follow. DA is growth-hungry and has recently laid the foundation for the 3X2026 growth model to take Gurukrupa to join the big boy's table of the 100Cr mark.

Mukul Dole

Chief Operating Officer

With an engineering and change management background, MK as profoundly known, leads the operations and management portfolio. He is directly responsible for delivering the vision of 3x2026 growth for Gurukrupa. He has served projects in 16 countries and 03 continents prior to joining us. He is a civil engineer from Pune University and Six Sigma Black Belt from Ohio State University, USA.

Ganeshsingh Chauhan

CSA Head

An aggressive macho man, an engineering graduate passed out in 1998 with experience of 24 years in faced paced industrial construction. GC has global experience in construction including island countries like St. Lucia, and Dominica. He overlooks after multiple projects and he is the backbone for all construction managers, and site leads for pacing up the progress with technical acumen. Prior to joining Gurukrupa, he had worked with reputed contracting firm SJ Contracts and conquered major projects like POSCO steel, Hyundai, Bridgestone, Serum Institute, etc.

Padmanabh Kelkar

CSA Head

A veteran civil engineer with more than 30 years of vast industrial construction experience. The backbone of Gurukrupa’s project delivery team. Leads, overviews, and manages all construction managers for all ongoing projects. Heads our technical training cell for delivering guidance and technical learning for our young bees who joins us fresh from the leading engineering institutes. Kelkar sir has an appetite to lead projects worth +100 Cr.

Omkar Sutar

Senior Manager Planning & Billing

NK is a calm, firm, and humble institute of theoretical and practical civil engineering. With more than 30 years of service in industrial construction, he is a driving force for our tendering, billing, and site leads. Passed out civil engineering in 1990 NK has worked with Suvijay Buildcon prior to joining Gurukrupa. He was a lead in the construction of Supreme Industries, Emcure Pharma, CG Power, Force Motors & Bajaj Auto plants in and around Pune.

Dhiraj Godghate

PM - MEP

An energetic electrical engineer who leads our MEP division. Having worked in Oman earlier, Dhiraj comes from a humble background in project management of all Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Systems especially for the industrial establishment. Prior to joining GC, he served with prominent industrial MEP contractors like Juma Baker, Cupron, etc. Dhiraj has total of 10 years of field experience.

Suresh Kumbhar

Senior Project Manager

SK is a veteran civil engineer with a passion for fast-paced industrial construction. He has more than 13 years of experience in industrial construction. He served class A contractors like Suvijay Buildcon prior to joining us. He leads projects worth 20 Cr independently with a team of engineers and site supervisors.

Sujeet Narwade

Sr. Manager Billing

Sujeet is a NICMAR passed out Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of experience under his belt. He is an expert in FIDIC contracts.

Amit Desarkar

HR Manager

Amit is the cementitious bond between the GC staff and the management. He is a well-networked individual in the construction industry and carries all critical compliances related to HR, Site Staff, Workmen, etc. Prior to joining GC, Amit served with Unnati and SJ Constructions. He has a vast experience of over 20 years. A jolly personality indeed. 

Amol Gund

Tender & Contracts Manager

Commercially astute AG, an engineering graduate leads our tendering and billing department. Youngblood, hungry-for-growth-driven team is a perfect matchmaking for Gurukrupa. AG is technically savvy and has more than 12 years of experience. He has participated in more than 40 biddings so far for Gurukrupa. Prior to joining us AG was working for the Karnataka Urban water supply project through Arihant Construction.

Rajiv Morbale

Purchase Officer

 RM is motivated young blood who looks after supplying the pre-requites to the entire group. Often busy with his phone calls with the suppliers or engineering team, he plays a vital role in the flow of plant & machinery as well as materials throughout the group. RM is a science graduate with more than 6 years of purchasing experience in the construction industry. He ensures he delivers on time, every time whenever it is needed.

Ashok Pasalkar

Accounts Officer

A jewel with numbers, Ashok, is our finance and accounts officer. A humble soul surrounded with numbers day in and day out, keeps a tab on our cash flow, recoveries, payments to suppliers, and of course to our colleagues. He is a pivot in the financial growth of Gurukrupa. He has been part of our team for the past 02 years. AP is a real party cracker.
